i want to buy colored contacts, either from the brand acuvue or freshlook. im very confused on where to buy them. i went to cvs pharmacy to find that they dont carry them there,
what stores can i buy colored contacts from in california

Go to a glasses store. Some will not give it to you unless you get an eye exam and a fitting even though they aren’t prescription ones. But some will do it without one. Just check every glasses store. The ones in the city tend to not allow it without an eye exam as no store should even be selling them without one anyways. But there are many outside the city that will bend the rules.

I used to wear colored contacts. I always used Freshlook, though. I found them softer for my eyes and more comfortable.
I would suggest to go to your Optometrist and get and eye exam for contacts to get properly fitted for them. If you don’t want to do that, then you can try to get them at Walgreens. They carry both Freshlook and Acuvue.
